1) Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Services, execute contracts, and process payments/charges.
a) Information you provide:
– Account and profile: first and last name, email, phone number, postal address; credentials (hashed); preferences.
– Contractual documentation: signed contracts and related documents (via DocuSign).
– Payments and billing: amounts, status, and transaction metadata. Payment card or bank account data is processed by Stripe; Motioom does not store full account numbers.
b) Minimal technical data (automatic): IP address, essential session/cookie identifiers, browser type, operating system, date/time, access URL, and technical events necessary for security, fraud prevention, and operation (logs, error diagnostics).
We do not perform KYC verification or background checks. We do not use analytics tools, targeted advertising, or retargeting.
2) Purpose of Processing
We use your information to:
1. Provide and maintain the Services (create and manage accounts, operational workflows, contract signing).
2. Process payments and comply with accounting and tax obligations.
3. Communicate operational and support messages (e.g., account or technical incident notifications).
4. Ensure security, prevent fraud, maintain business continuity, and comply with legal/contractual obligations.
We do not send behavior-based marketing communications. If we ever do, we will provide clear consent and opt-out mechanisms in accordance with applicable law.
3) Legal Basis and Scope (U.S.)
We comply with state privacy laws in the United States (e.g., California/CPRA and others as applicable). Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of the sale/sharing of data and/or targeted advertising.

Florida: We recognize the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Although enhanced obligations apply to certain controllers, we voluntarily adopt transparency, minimization, and user control practices aligned with good standards in Florida.

Stripe (payment processing)

– Affiliates within the same corporate group (if any and when applicable).
We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. If this changes, we will inform you and enable required opt-out mechanisms.

– Initiate and maintain your session,
– Provide security (e.g., anti-fraud protection),
– Remember necessary technical preferences.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and for legal compliance.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and review). Although no system is 100% secure, we will notify incidents in accordance with applicable regulations.
