1) Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Services, execute contracts, and process payments/charges.
a) Information you provide:
– Account and profile: first and last name, email, phone number, postal address; credentials (hashed); preferences.
– Contractual documentation: signed contracts and related documents (via DocuSign).
– Payments and billing: amounts, status, and transaction metadata. Payment card or bank account data is processed by Stripe; Motioom does not store full account numbers.
b) Minimal technical data (automatic): IP address, essential session/cookie identifiers, browser type, operating system, date/time, access URL, and technical events necessary for security, fraud prevention, and operation (logs, error diagnostics).
We do not perform KYC verification or background checks. We do not use analytics tools, targeted advertising, or retargeting.
2) Purpose of Processing
We use your information to:
1. Provide and maintain the Services (create and manage accounts, operational workflows, contract signing).
2. Process payments and comply with accounting and tax obligations.
3. Communicate operational and support messages (e.g., account or technical incident notifications).

We do not send behavior-based marketing communications. If we ever do, we will provide clear consent and opt-out mechanisms in accordance with applicable law.
3) Legal Basis and Scope (U.S.)

– Provide security (e.g., anti-fraud protection),
